International Customs and Duties

Please be aware of international customs and duties for your country.  We are not responsible for paying any of these costs. 

If a courier tries to deliver goods, contacts you and then has to return goods to Amulet Jewellery, any further shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 Packaging

Amulet Jewellery comes packaged in a paper/card box made from wood pulp which is biodegradable.

SHIPPING TIME

In stock items will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment and if any seasonal delays occur you will be sent an email to update you of our timing.

Items which are out of stock can still be ordered but manufacturing time will take about three weeks.  For gold vermeil special orders this will take about three weeks from the time of your order confirmation.  In some cases, stones may not be available and alternative stones can be supplied if the customer is in agreement with us. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

New Zealand orders are sent by tracked/traced courier to a location where someone is present to sign for goods.  A work address is recommended for deliveries.  Deliveries generally take 1 to 3 working days and slightly longer for Rural Deliveries.

International orders also need to be delivered to a physical address where someone can be there to sign for the goods.

Damage or Lost Goods

We are here to help with any lost or damaged goods.  Please contact us within 14 days of dispatch of goods to notify us so that we can help.  If the item is out of stock we will work with you to replace or refund the item.

For Lost or Damaged Goods:

Please supply the following:

Your Name, address, phone number, item description, email with the tracking number sent to you at the time of dispatch.

 We are not responsible or liable for replacing goods or paying compensation on lost or damaged goods if:

Any items are authorized to be sent without tracking

Damaged goods or lost goods after delivery

Any loss or damage as the result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Delivery is made to a Post Office Box address (where items cannot be signed for)
